How is this different from standard business coaching?
We focus on direction and prioritisation rather than motivation or performance coaching. The work is quieter and more practical — sitting with your actual situation, weighing what matters, and helping you take a considered step forward rather than a rushed one.
Do I need to prepare anything before the first session?
No special preparation is needed. It is helpful to come with a general sense of what is weighing on you — but we can work through that together if it is not yet clear. We ask only that you arrive with enough time to think without rushing.
Where do the sessions take place?
Sessions take place at our office in George Town, Penang, or online via video call — whichever is more convenient for you. We are flexible and will work with what suits your schedule and circumstances.
How long before I see results?
Most clients leave the first session with at least one clearer thought than when they arrived. Deeper change — building a steady course — takes more time. Our engagements are sized to fit realistic timelines, not to create a sense of urgency that does not serve you.
What is the investment?
Our engagements start from RM 700 for a single Finding North session, RM 1,700 for a four-week Steady Course Review, and RM 3,360 for a six-month Compass Partnership. All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit. If you are unsure which fits, a short conversation will help clarify that.
