How we approach the work
Every Lestari engagement begins in the same place: a careful conversation about where you are and what you are trying to navigate. We do not assume we already know what you need. We listen first, then we work.
From there, the structure depends on the engagement. A Finding North session moves quickly to focus — a defined working session, a written output, and a short list of next steps. A Steady Course Review takes more time to weigh options and build a path that holds across a year. A Compass Partnership creates an ongoing relationship where we adjust the course together as conditions change.
In all cases, we produce written outputs — notes, roadmaps, summaries — that stay useful beyond the session itself. We write in plain language, free of jargon, and we size the outputs to be practical rather than comprehensive.

Finding North
A single engagement to help owners settle on a clear direction. We talk through your situation and help one or two priorities come into focus. Suited to owners who feel pulled in many directions and need a calm space to think through what matters most right now.
The session is unhurried. We do not arrive with a standard questionnaire to fill out. We follow the conversation wherever it needs to go to reach something useful — and we capture what emerges in a written output you leave with.

Steady Course Review
A four-week engagement to set a calm, realistic course for the coming year. We weigh your goals against your resources and chart a manageable path — one that does not assume you have more time, money, or staff than you actually do.
Two sessions spread across the four weeks allow space for reflection between conversations. The written roadmap we produce is simple enough to use day to day, not something that requires an annual review just to read.

A six-month advisory relationship that keeps your direction true through changing conditions. Business does not hold still — a supplier problem, an unexpected opportunity, a team change — and having someone steady alongside you makes those moments easier to navigate.
Monthly sessions give us a regular rhythm to check the bearing and make small adjustments before they become larger ones. Quarterly reviews step back and look at the bigger picture. Between sessions, you have access to your advisor for brief questions and course checks that do not need a full conversation to resolve.
